Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Delynov SAS, 31 rue Boulay de la Meurthe, 88000 Épinal, France. Company registration (SIREN) 824 407 183. Distributor of medical devices to healthcare professionals. Delynov is the data controller. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer; for any question about your data, write to info@delynov.fr or call +33 (0)3 72 54 02 57.

2. What data we process

Our customers and contacts are professionals (dental practices, healthcare institutions, practitioners). We process professional data only: identity and role, company name, postal address, telephone number, email address, order, quote and exchange history (emails, SMS, messaging), and browsing data on this website (cookies, see section 8).

We never collect patient data. Should such information reach us by mistake, it is deleted.

3. Where the data comes from

Mostly from you: your orders, quotes, account creation, and your exchanges with our team. For professional prospecting, we may also use contact details published by practices themselves on their public websites or in professional directories, limited to the professional email address, telephone number and postal address of the practice. In that case you are informed of the source at the first contact and you may object at any time.

4. Why we process it, and on which legal basis

  • Order fulfilment, invoicing, delivery, after-sales service and the regulatory traceability of medical devices (Regulation (EU) 2017/745): performance of the contract and legal obligations.
  • Customer relationship and information about our products and services, by email, SMS or messaging, within your professional activity: legitimate interest, with the right to object at any time.
  • Website improvement and audience measurement: legitimate interest, cookies subject to your consent where required.
  • Online advertising towards our professional customers on Google platforms, from contact details hashed before transmission, in order to limit or target the display of our ads: legitimate interest, right to object.

Our team is assisted by software, including artificial intelligence tools, to prepare replies and follow-ups. No decision producing legal effects on you is taken automatically: a member of our team always reviews and sends.

5. Who has access

Delynov staff, and our strictly necessary processors: business management and hosting (Odoo), email and SMS delivery, carriers, payment providers, and online advertising services (Google) for the sole purposes described above. We do not sell or rent your data.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

Some of our providers, in particular Google, may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR: an adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified providers) or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Contact details sent to Google for advertising are hashed beforehand.

7. How long we keep it

Commercial and accounting data: for the duration of the relationship, then the statutory retention periods (10 years for accounting records). Medical device traceability: the periods set by the regulation. Prospecting data: 3 years after the last contact. Cookies: 13 months at most.

8. Cookies

This website uses cookies needed for its operation (session, cart) and, with your consent, audience measurement and advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie banner.

9. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability under the GDPR, and the right not to be subject to a purely automated decision. You may object to any prospecting at any time: unsubscribe link in every email, STOP reply to an SMS, or a simple request to info@delynov.fr. You may lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

10. Google services

Delynov uses Google application programming interfaces (Google Ads) solely to manage its own advertising accounts. No third-party Google user data is collected through them. Delynov's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
